These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the MKST online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, technical errors or unavailable stock.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

PRODUCTS

MKST garments may be produced, altered, washed, dyed, printed, distressed, repaired or finished by hand.

Individual variations in colour, texture, fading, distressing, staining, print placement and finish may occur and are intentional characteristics of certain products. Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible, but individual pieces may vary.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before completion of your order where required.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Any stated delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & DEFECTS

Returns, statutory withdrawal rights, damaged or defective products and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the MKST store, including original artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to MKST where applicable and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms applicable to an order are those made available to you in connection with that purchase.
